Overview
Focus: Learn about types of 3D design, create our own 3D models, discover the fun side of Augmented Reality!

Grade: 1-6

Duration: 1 hour

Max Numbers: 30 students per session 
                             
Lesson Highlights: 

We begin by learning about the techniques artists use to create 3D objects & environments used in movies & games.

In groups, we use our tablets to create personalised 3D hologram cubes that tells the class about all our favourite things!

​We break up our screen time with a stretch and a game of charades.

Our last group activity involves colouring sheets (done the old fashioned way!) then, using some amazing technology, we bring our pictures to life!

Time permitting, we give students some 'free choice time' to further explore and create in the 3D / AR / VR world!

for this lesson.

We use tablets, 3D holocubes and a variety of AR based programs.
