Overview
Focus: How do animals survive in the ocean? (habitats and adaptations) Duration: 1 hour Max Numbers: 30 students per session Lesson Highlights: Students will dive under the ocean to observe different habitats and how they meet an animals needs. Students will explore an underwater scene to identify different adaptations used for survival by some friendly augmented reality animals! As a group, we will compare a healthy reef with a damaged reef and discuss human impacts on the ocean and solutions for a healthy planet. As always, time permitting, students will have some Nature Appreciation time at the end, with some free choice videos. |
